Bharti Airtel’s 4G services reach 6 new towns in Punjab

Telecom operator Bharti Airtel has launched its 4G services in six new towns – Rajpura, Nabha, Zirakpur, Kharar, Rayya and Chaheru—in Punjab. Augere Wireless is now Airtel’s wholly-owned subsidiary

Bharti Airtel, the country’s largest telecom operator by subscribers, has bought the remainder 26% stake in Augere Wireless, the company said in a filing to BSE.
