Bharti Airtel recently revamped its consumer programme and also rolled out a new version of its mobile app My Airtel. Airtel's mobile app is now called 'Airtel Thanks' which is in-line with its customer programme. In order to push its users to download the new mobile app, Bharti Airtel is providing additional 400MB daily data on select prepaid plans of Rs 399, Rs 448 and Rs 499. For example, the Rs 399 open market plan ships with 1GB data per day for 84 days, but if you recharge via the Airtel Thanks mobile app, then the daily data will be 1.4GB per day and it will be valid for 84 days from the recharge. The same applies to the other two plans of Rs 448 and Rs 499.

The first plan to ship with this offer is the Rs 499 prepaid plan. This plan bundles 2GB data per day, and it comes with 82 days of validity. Under this offer, the plan will offer 400MB extra data per day, meaning that the total data offering in this plan will come out to be 2.4GB per day. The last plan in the Airtel portfolio to offer the extra 400MB daily data is the Rs 399 prepaid plan which usually ships 1GB data per day for 84 days, but with this combined offer the total data benefit for a single day would be 1.4GB.
