There has been an industry wide announcement in the country about the hiking of tariffs in the coming days. The first telecom operator amongst these was Vodafone Idea which has announced that it would hike the tariffs on December 1. Following this announcement, Bharti Airtel and Reliance Jio also announced that they would hike their tariffs too and now we can expect that the tariffs are bound to go up for all the operators. Reliance Jio has increased its tariffs by 15% by the introduction of the IUC recharges, meaning that the other operators have the room to increase their tariffs by 20% to 30%. However, this means that the subscribers will wish to extend their benefit well into next year even while the prices increase in the industry. But, what most prepaid customers miss out on, is the fact that there is a way to stock up on these prepaid recharges before the tariff hike so that you can use them them even after the prices have gone up.
