Tata Indicom announces Mobile Luckpati Contest in KolkataTata Indicom, the CDMA Mobile service provider today announced the launch of ‘Mobile Luckpati Contest’. The Mobile Luckpati Contest is a skill-based contest, where subscribers will have to answer questions on a variety of topics ranging from festivals, general knowledge, to cricket and Bollywood. The contest is open for all Tata Indicom CDMA prepaid and postpaid subscribers of Tata Indicom. The contest is open till 1st January 2010.




According to the operator there are daily, weekly and bumper prizes to be won. Daily prizes with a total worth of Rs 2,50,000/- will be distributed among 50 lucky winners; weekly prizes with a total worth of Rs. 1,40,000/- will be distributed among 7 lucky winners and a Bumper prize of Rs 5, 00,000/- will be given for the highest scorer of the contest, followed by Rs. 2,50,000/- for the runner-up. This contest is open to all existing Tata Indicom pre-paid, post-paid and Walky subscribers till 1st January 2010.

To contest, Tata Indicom mobile subscribers can call,582826 follow the IVR instructions and provide the correct answers to the questions. Alternatively, participants can SMS and send in their correct answers to 582826. Each correct answer will be rewarded with 10 points. A customer can also earn additional points if the customer participates in the contest during happy hours, which will be initiated by Tata Indicom from time to time. Call charges will be Rs.6/min and SMS charges will be Rs. 6/SMS.
