Subscribers in North India were hassled as Reliance Communications’ network crashed yesterday. Many users vented out their anger on Facebook page of RCom. The network was down in states like Punjab, Haryana, Himachal Pradesh and Delhi-NCR, according to the RCom users. Many had randomly posted their complaint on company's official Facebook page.

Even the RCom customer care lines were also not accessible.
