Tata Docomo Gets Award Customers Get Reward
Tata Docomo, India’s fastest growing GSM mobile service provider has announced the launch of “MY REWARD” for its Prepaid and Postpaid customers in Andhra Pradesh circle. Tata Docomo was recognized for its “fairness to customers” at the recent Telecom Asia Awards 2010 and is rewarding its customers for the same.
The award has been given to Tata Docomo for “all the things (it) didnt do”
*Docomo did not overcharge (Pay Per Second),
*Docomo did not put restrictions(Unlimited Local/STD Friends possible with BUDDYNET offering without restricting to 5 Local Friends and Family numbers)
*Docomo did not decide for the customer (same 1/sec tariffs applicable on Docomo & non-Docomo network calls as well as local/std/roaming calls)
Under the latest offer, Tata Docomo is celebrating by offerings its customers the following:
*Prepaid customers will get FREE TALKTIME – 20 minutes of Local Tata-Tata every month, for 6 months!!
*Postpaid customers will get FREE TALKTIME – Rs 100 Free Airteline every month, for 3 months!!
*Offer available to existing as well as new customers
To avail the offer, customers need to send a text message with “MYREWARD” to 543211 (toll free).
Prepaid customers will be given the talktime within 48 hours (1st month) and thereafter on the last day of each month for the remaining 5 months. Postpaid customers will receive the talktime every month with the bill.

Reason is no 2G spectrum left in Delhi!
I am from Maharashtra and using docomo from very first day of its launch. there network at that time was the worst and finally switched back to airtel again after using docomo for 5 months but airtel was just cheating there customers by deducting money for VAS activation automatically and also was not following DND regulations at all. even after 45 days, i was getting promotional calls and sms and on complaint they were telling you can lodge complaint against us in TRAI (Like DON’T CARE ATTITUDE). At that time i really found that DOCOMO’s network was worst but all other things were good and i made a big mistake by switching to airtel again who don’t care about customers any more now. From that time, and till now i use DOCOMO and IDEA as a personal and professional numbers and happy with DOCOMO! they truly deserve this award who change the Telecom industry game.
I hope Airtel and Vodafone will go down soon when MNP will be launched and that’s the reason why MNP is not launching as if MNP launches now then only Airtel and Vodafone can implement this and only both operators users can switch withing airtel and vodafone only. SO there will be no profit of launching MNP now.
