Vodafone SuperNet 4G services launched in Ambala, Haryana

Vodafone India has launched its SuperNet 4G service in Ambala, Haryana. Other parts of Haryana will receive 4G services in next few months, says Vodafone.

The network in Ambala, built in 1800 MHz band will enable customers to enjoy superfast internet experience on a wide range of devices including Mi-Fi and dongles. The service was launched in the presence of Dr. R.C.Mishra, Additional, Director General of Police, Ambala and Shri Mohit Narru, Business Head–Haryana, Vodafone India.

Commenting on the launch of Vodafone SuperNet 4G service in Ambala, Mohit Narru, Business Head–Haryana, Vodafone India, said, “Haryana is a strong leadership market for Vodafone India and as the leading telecom service provider, our over 5.5 million customers have a lot to look forward to. Beginning with key business and residential corridors of Karnal, Panipat, Sonipat, Rohtak,Hisar, Bhiwani, Bahadurgarh, Jind, Rewari, and Palwal, Vodafone is now expanding its services across Ambala, Rewari and the entire state in a phased manner.”

Under the new launch, the customers will get a free upgrade to 4G. There is an array of data packs launched, price starting at Rs. 12 for 45MB. For a limited period, the subscribers buying 1GB and above packs will get twice the data and unlimited local Vodafone-to-Vodafone Calls. Along with the 4G subscription, subscribers can enjoy three months access to Free TV, movies and videos on Vodafone Play.

Vodafone 4G Mi-Fi will support Wi-Fi connectivity up to 10 devices. For postpaid subscription, customers can request for door delivery. Prior to applying for 4G services, customers can check if their SIM/Phone is 4G compatible by sending an SMS <4G CHECK> to 199. For doorstep delivery of 4G SIM, subscribers can contact the call center or send SMS.
