After launching the Vivo V5 for the Indian market recently, Vivo has now unveiled two new smartphones in its X-series lineup in China. The new devices are dubbed as Vivo X9 and X9 Plus. Both the devices feature metal unibody design along with dual front camera setup with 20-megapixel and 8-megapixel lenses clubbed together with 1/2.8? Sony IMX376 sensor and f/2.0 aperture. Both the smartphones also sport a 16-megapixel rear camera with a LED flash, PDAF, and 1/2.8? sensor.
The Vivo X9 comes with a 5.5-inch Full HD 1080p Super AMOLED display and is powered by a 2GHz Octa-Core Snapdragon 625 processor coupled with Adreno 506 GPU and 4GB of RAM. The phone bears 64GB/128GB internal storage. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Funtouch OS 3.0. The device supports connectivity options such as dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, 3.5mm audio jack, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. A 3050mAh battery with fast charging backs the Vivo X9.
On the other hand, the Vivo X9 Plus features a 5.88-inch Full HD 1080p Super AMOLED display and is powered by an Octa Core Snapdragon 653 processor paired with Adreno 510 GPU and 6GB of RAM. The smartphone packs in 64GB/128GB internal storage based on the variant. It runs Android 6.0 Marshmallow-based Funtouch OS 3.0. For connectivity, it supports options such as dual-SIM, 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 4.2, 3.5mm audio jack, and GPS. A 4000mAh battery with fast charging backs the Vivo X9 Plus.
The Vivo X9 will be up for sale at 2798 yuan (approx. Rs. 28,000) for the 64GB storage variant 2998 yuan (approx. Rs. 30,000) for the 128GB storage model.
