Reliance Mobile Intros ‘Simply Suvidha’ Emergency Credit Recharge

India's leading pan-India CDMA and GSM dual-technology telecom service provider Reliance Communications (Rcom) has rolled out a new product called, ‘Simply Suvidha’ which let its loyal prepaid customers (Mobile and Hello) to avail a credit amount of Rs.5 to Rs.15 as a Emergency Credit Recharge by just sending an SMS to a toll free number 51234.

The Simply Suvidha service will be used by the prepaid subscribers for specific Value Added Services. So whenever balance is exhausted subscriber's account will be credited with some amount so that he continues to enjoy these services.The Credit amount would be adjusted in the next recharge by the subscriber.




According to the operators announcement the Simply Suvidha Credit service is provided based on various parameters like Total Voice Usage, VAS usage for last six months & Age on Network. Also further up gradation of the limit is not allowed and subscribers having outgoing calls barred are not eligible for this scheme.

Reliance Mobile's prepaid customers can Un-Subscribe this Auto service ‘Simply Suvidha’ by sending SMS to 51234(toll free) with keyword ‘NCR’.

Note: For a new subscriber (activated within last 30 days), Suvidha Limit will not available or would be zero.
