OnePlus will launch the Nord 6 5G series later this year. The Nord 5 series in 2024 had a revamped design, and a more powerful display and processor to boost the experience for consumers. The Nord 6, well, could take things even more to the next level. The device has now been found on the TDRA Certification platform. For the unaware, this platform is based out of UAE, and is called Telecommunications and Digital Government Regulatory Authority (TDRA). The phone's spotting on the TDRA website suggests that it will launch soon globally. What's interesting is that it was recently also found listed on the SIRIM database (based out of Malaysia).

The phone's expected to be a rebranded version of the OnePlus Ace 6 which has launched in China. Thus, it could likely feature the Qualcomm Snapdragn 8 Elite SoC, which powers devices such as the OnePlus 13, and the Samsung Galaxy S25 Ultra. This would be a huge move from the company if it actually happens. No other Nord device has featured an 8 series Snapdragon chip in the past.

For now, the device is expected to launch somewhere in the mid of second quarter of 2026. Stay tuned to get more information about the OnePlus Nord 6 in the future.
