MTNL has come up 4 special recharge voucher, priced at Rs.108,Rs.651, Rs.786 and Rs.1508. Top-Up -108 enables its customer to enjoy full talk time of Rs.108 as main balance. While Top-Up 651, 786 and 1508 provides hyper talk time of Rs.786, Rs.940 and Rs.1947 as main balance respectively.
