Canada’s CRTC Opens Fibre Networks of Large ISPs to Smaller Competitors
The Canadian regulator CRTC (Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission) has decided to extend the fiber networks of large ISPs (Internet Service Providers) across Canada to small competitors.
