Valoo Expands in Finnish Fiber Market With Iisiverkko Acquisition

Finnish fiber operator Valoo (Adola) has expanded its fiber optic market through the acquisition of the Iisiverkko business from the electricity distributor Iin Energia. According to Valoo, the transaction, completed on August 15, 2023, marked the transfer of all Iisiverkko customer agreements to Valoo's ownership on August 16, 2023.
