Airtel withdraws Smartbytes abruptly, customers inconvenienced

Smartbytes, the product, which allows Airtel postpaid users to top-up their internet data packs if they use up their monthly allowance before their bill cycle date, is no longer available. Airtel hikes 2G data packs in Punjab, 1GB Pack to cost Rs 199

Following Idea's recent revision of 2G and 3G data packs, Airtel has revised its 2G data pack offering in Punjab circle. The validity and data available on existing 2G packs has been reduced.
