Airtel India Customer Satisfaction Survey: A TelecomTALK Initiative

Around a month ago we initiated a customer satisfaction survey for BSNL Customers. Your responses helped us gauge customer sentiment towards BSNL and we could draw BSNL’s attention towards the same. Today we are starting one more survey, this time for Airtel India customers. Based on our learning from the past surveys we have added some more questions this time.

The survey form would remain open till 24 June 2015 after which the responses would be closed.

This survey is a TelecomTALK initiative and is neither supported nor endorsed by Bharti Airtel.

What about MT(S)uck? I’ve been using their MBlaze Power WiFi since October 2014 and made a complaint like one per week. But they can’t fix my speed issue. Always below 55kbps. They have the worst customer care employees, no technical knowledge and very poor in communication skills.

How do you recharge your Airtel Prepaid connection (includes data services) or pay your Airtel bills? *

there is no option that says i recharge from a brick and mortar stores. So everyone has started doing online rechrge?
