State run BSNL has launched a Holi special promotion for its prepaid GSM subscribers Pan India in all 20 circles where it operates. Under the promotion the PSU will be offering its subscribers 24% extra talk time on select top up denominations.
The details of the top up denominations along with talk time benefit:

The extra talk time promotion will be running till 31st March 2016 and the extra talk time will be a part of the core balance without a separate expiry.
