Rcom to continue existing cdma tariffs on 4G upgrade until full fledged commercial launch

Reliance Communications (RCOM) has sent detailed instruction to its retailers across the country for migrating its CDMA subscribers to 4G platform. However, 4G service is currently only available in AP, Delhi, Gujarat, Kolkata, Maharashtra-Goa, MP - Chhattisgarh, Mumbai and UP (E&W). Videocon to stop services in Haryana circle from May 11; asks customers to switch network

Telenor launches ultra affordable 4G service in Visakhapatnam, starts offering 1GB at Rs 149

After launching 4G service in Varanasi, Telenor India has now added Visakhapatnam - Andhra Pradesh as its second city for 4G services. BSNL will soon offer prepaid CDMA recharge through its own portal

Bharat Sanchar Nigam (BSNL) has announced that it will soon launch recharge facility for prepaid CDMA mobile numbers through its online recharge portal website. Currently only GSM prepaid numbers could be recharged through BSNL recharge portal. The latest move is in response to grievance filed by a BSNL user regarding non-availability of CDMA prepaid recharge facility on BSNL recharge site.
