Follow Us

Competition drives the market and plays a crucial role in attracting customers, especially in a sector like Telecom. With so many operators in the market, there is a constant battle to gain new customers. All the telcos keep introducing different offers and schemes to woo the consumers. To begin with we compare the 2G data pack being offered by Uninor and Airtel.

Uninor operates across 6 circles and I have compared 2G data packs with that of Airtel’ s in circles where both these players operate.

Those benefits highlighted in red are the data packs from Airtel and the rest are from Uninor.

Initially, there were issues with Uninor, like users experiencing no connectivity, very slow speeds and establishment of packet data connection. But now Uninor has drastically improved its data connectivity and I prefer it now. I had also analyzed the streaming performances of operators on 2G Network and Uninor fared well,

As per my experience, if you are a dual SIM user and have coverage of uninor at your home/work locations, Uninor’ s data packs are a good suggestion to use compared with the over hiked 2G plans from airtel.

Please let us know via comments your experiences on data connectivity of these two operators.

Note: Data taken from respective operator's website as on 28/10. Manual work involved, may or may not contain any errors. Let me know in case if you come across any wrong info in tables and I’ll correct it. Please check with your respective operator's cc before subscribing to any of the above packs.
