Trai Approaches Supreme Court Against TDSAT Order on Predatory Pricing

The telecom regulator Trai has approached the Supreme Court against TDSAT order, which dismissed its predatory pricing tariff rule, Parliament was informed Wednesday. "Trai has filed an appeal before Hon'ble Supreme Court against the order of Hon'ble TDSAT dated December 13, 2018.
