RCOM Silently Chooses To Charge Customer Care Calls At 50p 3minIt seems that as ever one is busy in rolling out 3G Services and MNP, Reliance Communications has silently started to charge for the calls made by its customers to the customer care.

From now all calls to customer care at *333 or at 30333333 will be now charged at 50p/ 3 minutes.

Still, many of the operators like Uninor, TATA Indicom, TATA DOCOMO, STel, Aircel, BSNL, MTNL, MTS, and Videocon don’t charge customers for calls made to customer care and may be really soon these operators too might charge for the same.

In the meanwhile, if you have any complaints regarding network you can call 198 which will be toll free but for all queries regarding to offers  and services you will have to call *333 or 30333333 which will be charged at 50p/3 minutes.

So what do you think, do Customer care calls need to be charged or should be free?
