BSNL to launch 4G in six circles by March 2016

BSNL plans to launch a host of activities to improve the connectivity. Operators against TRAI proposal on mobile internet activation, Why it’s a bad move ?

TRAI had recently come with a proposal which require explicit consent of consumers before activating mobile internet facility.
