Nokia, the Finland based mobile phone marker, has very well established itself in the Indian market. Every now and then, it keeps launching a new handset to cater to the various needs of its customers. Its Asha series has been such a great success. News is that the Nokia Asha 502 handset can now be available for a price of Rs. 5,739. Let us have a quick look at some of the chief features and specifications of the Nokia Asha 502:

Built: The dimensions of this handset are 99.6 x 59.5 x 11.1 mm and it weighs about 100 grams.

Display: The Nokia Asha 502 sports a TFT touch display of 3 inches that provides a resolution of 240 x 320 pixels and a pixel density of 133 ppi.

Software: This handset has been based on Nokia Asha Platform1.1 and it comes with FOTA update.

Memory: This device offers a RAM of 64 MB and provides up to 32 GB expandable memory with the help of a micro SD card.

Camera: Asha 502 comes with a rear camera of 5 mega pixels with LED flash.

Connectivity Features: Connectivity features offered by this device are Bluetooth 3.0, micro USBN, GPRS, EDGE and Wi-Fi.

Other Features: It is a dual SIM device that supports GSM SIMs only and offers dual standby option. Asha 502 features Easy Swap technology, a 3.5 mm audio jack, loudspeaker, Stereo FM Radio, accelerometer and proximity sensor. This handset will be available in black, white, cyan, yellow, bright green and bright red color variants.

Battery: Asha 502 has been equipped with a battery of 1010 mAh capacity that can deliver a standby time of about 480 hours and talk time of up to 14 hours.
