The W705 phone bundles up optimized music features and enhanced High Speed wireless connectivity the phone is priced at Rs 17,786 and would be available at all Sony Ericsson retail outlets across the country.

It has a 2 .4-inch, 320 x 240 TFT display, 3.2 megapixel camera, 120MB of on board storage with memory stick micro support and 4GB storage capacity as an add-on the phone supports Walkman 3.0 which as a SensMe and Shake Control functionality. It also supports Wi-Fi, 3G, Web feeds with  'NetFront' Web Browser the  full Internet browser with support for standard protocols, images and video.




Other functions include typical Walkman series functions such as TrackID, MusicDj, VideoDj, PhotoDj and Location services.

Guitar Hero Tour, NitroStreet, Bowling, Bubble Town and Sudoku are the games available on the handset. WalkMate application is also available which is generally helpful during work-out sessions.
The phone available in silver and red colour also has a PlayNow arena online mobile content store and an in-built accelerometer supported by the Mobile Sensor API (JSR 256) for applications and games.
