India's national telecom backbone Bharat Sanchar Nigam Ltd (BSNL) today introduced new National Roaming Plan (RTP) and Free Incoming Call Plan (RTP-FR) for its prepaid customers across India at Rs.405 and Rs.705. Vodafone Reduces Roaming Rates,Pay Per Second While Roaming

Finally India’s 2nd largest GSM Mobile service operator Vodafone Essar joins the bandwagon of Roaming at PER Second.
