BSNL to recover full market price for damaged ONT device at the time of FTTH surrender

BSNL has issued a circular stating that in the case of surrendering of FTTH connection, it is the subscriber's responsibility to ensure that the Optical Network Termination (ONT) device or the fiber modem is returned to the exchange in fully working condition.
