Bharti Airtel Gets CCI Nod to Acquire Telenor India

The Competition Commission of India (CCI) has approved Bharti Airtel's proposed merger of Norway-based Telenor's India operations, the Sunil Mittal-led telco said in a filing to stock exchanges.
