MTNL Unveils Rs 421 Prepaid Plan With 3GB Daily Data for 84 Days

State-run telecom operator, MTNL which operates in New Delhi and Mumbai circles has introduced attractive new Special Tariff Vouchers (STVs) for its prepaid mobile subscribers in National Capital Region.
