BSNL revises base tariff for CDMA prepaid subscribers pan India, SMS gets cheaper

BSNL the largest PSU operator has announced a revision to the base tariffs for its CDMA subscribers pan India. TRAI had recently reduced the ceiling tariffs for calls and SMS in roaming.
