Astellia helps Airtel to improve customer experience in Madagascar

Airtel, which is the world's third largest telco, is using Astellia solutions to improve the customer experience and enhance the customer lifecycle in Madagascar, the latter said in a statement. Astellia, which is a provider of network and subscriber intelligence for mobile operators, said that its onsite telecom data scientists are cooperating closely with Airtel’s experts to improve current network performance to ensure excellent QoS and QoE to high value customers....
