Delhi High Court Dismissed Bharti Airtel’s 3G Intra-Circle Roaming Petition

The Delhi High Court today dismissed a petition filed by Bharti Airtel in the 3G intra-circle Roaming (ICR) matter and refuse to grant further dates to Airtel on 3G Roaming. Delhi High Court Lifts Earlier Stay Order, Airtel Need to Shutdown 3G Mobile Services via ICRA in 7 Circles

Delhi High Court division bench today vacated stay given to Bharti Airtel on 3G Intra-circle roaming facilities.
