Vodafone Joins the Tariff War, Introduces Pay Per Second plan Across India

Finally India's leading telecom operator VODAFONE joins the bandwagon of Pay Per Second billing and announced Nation Wide  launch of PAY PER SECOND Tariff for its GSM prepaid customers across India (accept 2 circle) dubbed as "Conversations @ 1p/sec".
