Ziox Mobiles, a homegrown smartphone brand has launched a new budget smartphone in the Indian market. And both the smartphones are placed in the budget segment.

The Ziox Duopix F1 is priced at Rs 7,499 and is already up for sale in the country. It's an offline-only model, and you can purchase the device from the leading retail stores in the market.

Diving into the specifications of the Ziox Duopix F1, it flaunts a 5-inch HD display with a resolution of 1280 x 720 pixels. A 2.5D curved glass is present on top of the display, which makes the device look good. Under the hood, the smartphone is powered by an unspecified 1.3GHz quad-core processor, clubbed with 2GB of RAM.

Storage in the smartphone is limited to 16GB, but users can expand it further with the help of a microSD card. However, Ziox did not reveal the maximum capacity of the microSD card.

Optics in the smartphone include an 8MP camera at the back of the phone with autofocus and LED flash support. The USP of the phone is the dual selfie cameras. The Ziox Duopix F1 rocks two sensors at the front- an 8MP primary sensor and a secondary 2MP sensor. The primary sensor captures regular RGB shots, while the secondary sensor adds bokeh effect to them. Ziox also added an LED flash to the front camera.

Lastly, the smartphone comes with connectivity options such as 4G LTE, VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth, GPS, and micro USB port for charging and data transfer. It comes laden with Android 7.0 Nougat out of the box, and this entire package is backed by a 2400mAh battery.

Ziox has managed to add a Face Unlock feature on the Duopix F1, which is another USP of the device. Nonetheless, it might be a software feature like the one present on the OnePlus 5T.
