Xolo, a premiere smartphone brand from India's Lava International has launched a new smartphone under its 'X' series - X1000 as a successor of its first Intel powered X900. Xolo X1000 is claimed to be the fastest smartphone, as it is the one of the few smartphones loaded with 2GHz single core Intel Atom processor.
Though it was reported that this phone may come with Intel's latest CloverTail+ processor, however finally it is available with Intel's Medfield platform which is bit older.
X1000 is the third handset from Xolo, that has Intel inside. You may not aware of that Xolo has launched X500 at sub-10K price range with Intel processor inside.
Though X1000 is shipped with Android 4.0 Ice Cream Sandwich, Xolo will provide Jelly Bean upgrade at a later time. Apart form the older Android version, X1000 packs excellent hardware.
