Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 at Rs 10,799 Proving to Be the Best Buy for Customers Right Now

After handing itself to Walmart, Flipkart, the country’s leading e-commerce portal has come up with Big Shopping Days sale, where several smartphones are available at massive discounts. The best possible deal right now is the Xiaomi Redmi Note 5. While it’s getting tough to get hands on the Redmi Note 5 Pro, Xiaomi has put its sibling, the Redmi Note 5 for open sale. During the entire Flipkart Big Shopping Days, users will get 10% discount on smartphones and the includes Redmi Note 5 too. The Xiaomi Redmi Note 5’s 4GB RAM and the 64GB onboard storage variant is now priced at Rs 11,999 in the country as you might be aware of. Along with the 10% discount offer on HDFC cards, the price of this variant comes down to Rs 10,799, which makes the device a value for money deal overall. Alongside Xiaomi devices, there are other smartphones from brands such as Honor, Oppo, Samsung etc are available at huge discounts too.

Xiaomi Redmi Note 5

Getting down the specifics, the Honor 9 Lite with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage will retail on the website for Rs 9,999 which is Rs 1,000 less from its original price of Rs 10,999. The second variant of the Honor 9 Lite with 4GB RAM and 64GB storage will retail with a Rs 2,000 discount. Another Honor phone which is the Honor 9i will be available for Rs 15,999 which is Rs 2,000 down from its actual price of Rs 17,999. As for the Honor 8 Pro, the customers buying the phone from Flipkart will get a Rs 7,000 discount. Lastly, the Honor Holly 3GB and 2GB variant will retail with a discount of Rs 500. Also, Flipkart made an announcement about the initiation of sales for the Honor 10. The website said that the Honor 10 would go live at 12 AM on May 16.

Like we mentioned above, apart from Honor the discounted phones will also include handsets from Xiaomi. Under the sale, the Redmi Note 5 with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage will come at the price of Rs 8,999 which translates to a discount of Rs 1,000 from its original price. The Oppo F7 64 GB variant will also probably be at a discount of Rs 1,000 as teased by Flipkart. Alongside these devices, the Infinix Note 4 with 3GB RAM and 32GB storage will get a similar discount of Rs 2,000 and will now retail at Rs 6999. Another phone which will have a Rs 1,000 discount will be the Panasonic P95 which was previously selling at the price of Rs 4,999.

Apart from the budget segment, the Big Shopping Days sale will also feature some premium phones like the Galaxy S7 Edge, which will sell for Rs 32,900 which is even lower than the price which Samsung kept after the price cut of the phone. The 32GB variant of the Samsung Galaxy S7 was selling for Rs 35,900. Another premium handset offering which will see an impressive discount is the Mi Mix 2. The phone which is retailing in markets at the price of Rs 32,999 will be offered on Flipkart for Rs 25,999 along with a Rs 2,000 additional discount on the exchange. Besides this, the Moto X4 3GB RAM variant will retail at Rs 15,999 with a similar additional Rs 3,000 discount on exchange for Rs 5,000 less than the original launch price of Rs 20,999. Lastly, the flagship of HMD Global which is the Nokia 8 Sirocco will come with an exchange discount of up to Rs 5,000 with an additional Rs 5,000 as cashback from ICICI Bank.

The Flipkart Big Shopping Days sale is not only going to be about discounts, during this time a handful of phones are also going to be up for flash sales. To name a few, the Redmi 5A is going to be on flash sale at 12 noon on May 13, following that the Redmi Note 5 Pro will also be up for grabs at 12 noon on May 16.

There are also going to be some budget offerings on the phones which will include the likes of Smartron t.phone P at Rs 6,499 which was initially launched with a price tag of Rs 7,999. The Intex Aqua A4 at Rs 2,999 which was previously selling for Rs 4,199, the iVoomi Me3 will be available for Rs 4,777, which was previously launched with a price tag of Rs 6,499. The Micromax Vdeo 2 will be up for sale at Rs 2,999 which is Rs 2,000 down from its original price, and lastly, the Xolo ERA 1X 4G will come for Rs 3,999 which previously had the price tag of Rs 4,999.

In addition to the above phones, there’s also going to be an entire range of Samsung phones which will be put up with attractive offers beside their names. First on the list would be the Galaxy J3 Pro which will be available at Rs 6,490 which is Rs 2,000 less from its original price of Rs 8,490. Next up will be the Galaxy On Nxt 16GB storage variant which will retail for Rs 8,999, down Rs 2,000 from its previous price of Rs 10,999. The Galaxy On Nxt 64GB variant will ship for Rs 10,900 which is a huge cut from its original price of Rs 16,900. The Galaxy On5 will be up for grab at Rs 5,690 which was initially launched at Rs 8,990, and the Galaxy On Max with 4GB RAM will come at the price of Rs 11,900 which is Rs 5,000 less from its original price of Rs 16,900.

There is also going to be the Panasonic Ray 700 which will be available at Rs 7,999 and was previously launched at Rs 9,999, and the Oppo F3 Plus with 6GB RAM will be available for Rs 16,990, down from its original price of Rs 22,990. Lastly, Flipkart will also be offering the ZenFone 3S Max at Rs 7,499, down from the existing price of Rs 10,999 and the Vivo V7+ at Rs 14,990 which is currently retailing in the market for Rs 19,990.

Apart from the budget, mid-range and Samsung premium phones, Flipkart will also be giving away some heavy discount on the 10.5-inch iPad Pro Wi-Fi only 64 GB variant for which Flipkart has dropped some hints. The “mind-blowing” offer hints the price of the Apple device to be of Rs 3X,XXX, which means that the buyers would get at least Rs 10,000 off on the iPad since it has been retailing in the market for Rs 49,990.
