The watch sports two standard Quartz dials with a cobblestone design. The dials thin towards the outer end and measure 3.2mm in thickness at the edges. A smaller dial inside the larger dial will inform users of the number of steps. Overall the dials measure 40mm. The watch will be available in three standard colour options of Black, White and Grey and it will be able to pair with smartphones using Bluetooth 4.0. After connectivity the watch will be able to perform tasks like automatic time adjustment, setting call and interval reminders or setting alarm clocks. The watch will provide a vibration alert instead of ringing, and users will be able to rack up to 10 alarms at once.

The Xiaomi Mijia Quartz watch measures 42 grams, and it is also waterproof. The watch pairs with devices running Android 4.4 and above, and iOS 7.0 and above. After pairing, the watch can synchronise with the accurate time depending on your timezone. The Mijia Quartz will also feature a VIP call alert feature which will only be limited to MIUI 9 and iOS 9 and above. Although the watch will be live in China starting July 17, there has been no word about a global launch of the watch as of yet.
