Facebook-owned instant messenger, WhatsApp, has been on an update spree for quite some time. The messenger recently rolled out the end-to-end encryption for its platform along with the launch of a desktop app, this week. Before that, it introduced PDF and document sharing on smartphones. Now, in the latest move, the document sharing feature has become available for its web client "WhatsApp Web" as well.
The WhatsApp Web was integrated with most of the features right from its launch such as picture sharing, contact info, profile picture change, and much more. The only missing feature was PDF and document and with an update, it is now equipped with the feature.
You will find the document sharing option in the chat window, within the attachment option. The document sharing option supports PDF, Word, along with other document formats. With this feature, WhatsApp Web has become more useful.
