After introducing a slew of new features to its application on all the platforms, WhatsApp is now working on implementing two major features for its Windows Phone application. One is Stickers Store, and the other one is Live Location feature. The Live Location feature was rolled out to WhatsApp iOS and Android users last year, but it never made to Windows Phone application. WhatsApp is already working on Stickers feature same as Facebook stickers, allowing users to interact in a different way. WhatsApp Stickers is yet to be implemented in Android and iOS applications too.

Earlier today, WhatsApp pushed a new beta update to Windows Phone store with version number 2.18.24. And the WhatsApp watcher WABetaInfo is quick in looking for new features. The publication has now reported that WhatsApp Stickers will be launched for Windows Phone users, while Live Location feature is finally making its way to the Windows Phone users.

With the help of Live Location, users can enable to track others in real-time for up to eight hours. WhatsApp is currently allowing both Android and iOS users to share their live location for 15 minutes, one hour and eight hours. Currently, WhatsApp is allowing Android and iOS users to share live location between each other, and soon, they can share it with Windows Phone users as well.

Next up, we have the much-anticipated Stickers feature. There's no point of WhatsApp adding Stickers to the platform, but yeah, it's confirmed to be working on the feature. And the best part is the company will roll out the feature to Windows Phone users as well. Once the feature goes official, WhatsApp will allow users to send stickers in both normal and group chats.

Also, WABetaInfo stated that when a notification arrives on Windows Phone, messages with a sticker will be displayed with a heart icon as you can in the image. As of now, it is reported that WhatsApp has just started working on both the features and there's no timeframe for the release of Stickers and Live Location features to the public. But it's good to see WhatsApp supporting Windows Phone platform even though it killed support for most of the users at the start of this year.
