WhatsApp Messenger which is very famous among iPhone and Blackberry users and recently launched for Nokia Symbian client today got an update to v2.2.21. It is now support to send and receive Multimedia files and location sharing.

WhatsApp Messenger is a smartphone messaging app which allows you to exchange messages with your friends and contacts without having to pay for SMS. It is cross platform and is currently available for Apple iPhone, BlackBerry, Android and Nokia (S60 3rd, 5th edition or Symbian^3 Smartphone).

The best thing about WhatsApp that it works is that you do not need to add people to your friend list as in other messenger, if they are in your device phone book and use WhatsApp, they will automatically show up in your friend list in this application. To send and receive messages, WhatsApp utilizes user's existing Mobile Internet data plan - 3G/EDGE and also Wi-Fi if available.

In addition to plain text messaging now Nokia WhatsApp Messenger users can send each other Unlimited Images, Video and Audio media messages as iPhone and BlackBerry users.

WhatsApp only works among users who have the application, so after you download WhatsApp, make sure to use the “Tell a Friend” feature to share this App with the friends and contacts in your address book.

If you have Unlimited Data Plan than it will be one of best Mobile Apps for you. One can get it from http://www.whatsapp.com/nokia/
