5G Launch in India is Almost Here, What You Should know

PM Narendra Modi will be launching 5G in India on 1st October, at India Mobile Congress (IMC) in New Delhi.

India is all set to experience 5G shortly. Here's what you should know about 5G updates from all the operators. 

Airtel and Jio announced plans to launch 5G services, but we are yet to hear from Vodafone Idea. 

Airtel has opted for 5G NSA, which supports wide device eco-system and offer seamless 4G/5G Experience.

Jio 5G has opted for 5G SA deployment and will try to cover every corner of the country by December 2023.

While Vodafone idea has upgraded its 4G capacity and acquired 5G waves, there is no update regarding 5G services.

By Dec, Airtel is expecting 5G rollout in key metros and cover entire Urban India by end of 2023.

You Don't need a separate SIM for Airtel 5G, If you are enjoying 4G then you will be able to use 5G with the same SIM.

Jio will invest Rs 2 Lakh crore, to set up its 5G Network. Jio Will Aim to Deliver Sub Rs 12000 5G Phone Once Coverage Expands.

Jio has announced that 5G services will be available in Delhi, Mumbai, Kolkata and Chennai by this Diwali. 

Vodafone is also planning to launch 5G services, but there is no official update about the same.

Vodafone Idea, may launch 5G services first in its priority circles followed by other places. 

Airtel customers, can check the 5G coverage and Phone 5G support on Thanks app once Services are launched.
