New Range of Vu Android TVs Come With 4K HDR, Dolby Sound and More Features

There was a time when 4K television screens with Smart TV or Android support were not a thing for someone having a low price tag in mind, but the trend has been eroding day by day as companies are introducing high-quality TVs in the market with a price tag which does not burn a hole in your pocket. Vu is a brand which has been consistently focused on introducing such TVs for the consumers. It was also the first TV brand to launch official Android TV in India. In its latest move, Vu is bringing some market moving features to its TVs like 4K HDR and Dolby sound. With these additions, the Vu TVs will offer easy access to Video on Demand content which has been a highly demanded feature in the TV industry right now.




Vu Premium 4K Android TV Features

To stay up to date with the latest technology and to provide the best for its customers, Vu has introduced Android 8.0 Oreo to its Premium Android 4K TVs. The four different variants in Vu’s lineup include 43-inch, 50-inch, 55-inch, 65-inch and they support 4K HDR 10 technology and 4K Upscaling.

More features on Vu’s new TV line-up includes Dolby Vision, Dolby Audio, and complete access to the Google ecosystem, including Play Store, Google Games, Google Movies and certified apps like YouTube, Hotstar, SonyLIV, Eros Now, ZEE5, and Hungama. The Vu ActiveVoice remote with voice assistance is also an impressive feature, and it grants direct access to smart devices and digital content through easy voice search via the remote.

The Vu TVs do not only pack the latest features, but they also come with some unique aesthetics featuring Titanium grey material that blends effortlessly in the modern living room décor. Vu also uses the OD22 slim design which minimises visual distractions, and the connectivity is easy with Wi-Fi, USB, HDMI, AV and other external devices.

The Vu 4K TVs also offer 4K Upscaling as well as MPEG noise reduction and Gamma correction, the smart TV adapts standard and HD broadcasts (up to 1080i and 1080p) in ultra HD format (3840p or higher) with an excellent detail enhancement.

Vu 4K TVs Pricing and New Features

As for the pricing, the Vu Premium Android 4K TV in 43” variant retails for Rs 43,000, the 50” variant retails for Rs 51,000, the 55” variant is available for Rs 59,000, and the 65” Vu Premium Android 4K TV is available for Rs 1,10,000.
