airtel is a big looter..just tell CC repeatedly with fierce tone…untill they connect to floor manager.Repeat the same procedure while speaking to him.Never bog down..he will surely refund. It’s my experience.

They looted around Rs58 for 9 seconds extra usage..that too for 2G internet.I quarreled with floor manager with all my abilities..Finally he refunded the amount in 30mins.

If you have used more than 50mb, then after 50mb they will charge at base rate which I think is 10paisa/10kb. So now check your usage and calculate your bill.
10p/10kb=Rs.10/mb(approx)
So Rs.77=7.7mb(approx)
Thus 50mb+Rs.77=57mb(approx) this include browsing also because browsing and downloading both are deducted from the balance.
Most people think that if they download then only they will be charged.

Downloading & Browsing! a jargon created by Telecom Operators which fooled many. They used to offer “free browsing” but “paid downloading”, but they never told it is only for their own site like Vodafone Live or Airtel Live.
