10.or E Android 8.1 Oreo Update Features

As mentioned above, 10.or E users in the country already started receiving the Android 8.1 Oreo OTA update notification on their smartphone. The phone is available in two storage variants- 2GB RAM/16GB storage option and 3GB RAM/32GB storage option. Notably, both the variants are receiving the update starting today.

The Android 8.1 Oreo OTA update for 10.or E weighs 1169.6MB. After the update, users will be able to notice August 2018 security patches installed on the device along with various stability improvements. Android 8.1 Oreo update brings notification shade colour change depending on your wallpaper and adaptive app icons support. 10.or has skipped Android 8.0 Oreo update and directly updated the device to Android 8.1 Oreo, which is a good thing.

Do make a note that the update is rolling out in a phased manner, so it might take a while to reach your device.

10.or E Specifications and Features

10.or E was the first smartphone launched by 10.or in India. It sports a 5.5-inch Full HD display with 16:9 aspect ratio on the front. The smartphone is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 430 chipset, coupled with 2GB/3GB of RAM and 16GB/32GB of internal storage. The 10.or E was launched with Android 7.1.2 Nougat back in September 2017. It was launched exclusively on Amazon India at a starting price of Rs 7,999. The phone has a 13MP rear camera and a 5MP front-facing camera. It's armed with a 4000mAh battery.

10.or E Pricing and Availability

10.or D Also Received Android 8.1 Oreo Update

Last month, 10.or rolled out Android 8.1 Oreo update to the entry-level 10.or D smartphone. The 10.or D seems to be discontinued in the Indian market because the 10.or D2 was launched very recently. The 10.or D became the cheapest smartphone to run Android Oreo.
