Tata Sky is one of the leading DTH service providers in the country right now. The reason why Tata Sky is liked by so many subscribers is because it offers a lot of choices to consumers when it comes to set-top boxes, connection types and even channel packs. During the starting of the Trai tariff regime a few months from now, Tata Sky was debuting channel packs back to back for its customers. Tata Sky has already introduced add-on packs, lite packs and broadcaster packs based on genres, language and more. However, some of the more underrated packs in the Tata Sky portfolio include broadcaster packs under Rs 49 which could be the optimum choice for Bengali subscribers.

Star Bengali Value Packs With SD Channels

It is imperative to note that the new packs that have been introduced for Bengali Tata Sky customers are not part of DPO packs but belong to a set of broadcaster packs from Star. Being said that, the first pack in this list is the Star Bengali Value A pack which is available for the subscribers at an MRP of Rs 49. After taxes, this pack will cost the subscribers Rs 57.8. The pack will bundle a total of 14 channels which will include channels like National Geographic, Star Gold, Jalsha Movies, Star Sports 2 and 3 and more. All the channels in this pack will be SD channels.

Next, up, we have the Star Bengali Value B pack which will retail for Rs 49 also, and after taxes, its price will be Rs 57.8. Similar to the first pack, this broadcaster pack will also bundle 14 channels. The main difference between the two packs will be in the sports channels, as the Star Bengali Value B pack will bundle Star Sports 1 Hindi instead of Star Sports 1 Bangla like it is the case in the Star Bengali Value A pack.

Star Bengali Premium Pack With SD Channels

Next up we have two premium packs from Star on Tata Sky. The first pack under the premium tag is the Star Bengali Premium A plan which has an MRP of Rs 79, and with taxes, the pack will cost Rs 93.2, and it will bundle 17 channels. The pack will come with channels like Fox Life, Nat Geo Wild, National Geographic, Star Gold Select, Star Sports 1, Star Sports 2, Star Sports 3 and more. Subscribers will also get Star Sports 1 Bangla.

The next pack, Star Bengali Premium B will also cost the same as the previous pack and will be available for Rs 79 and with an after-tax price of Rs 93.2. This plan will package 17 channels which will be similar to the above-given pack, except for the Star Sports 1 Hindi channel which will replace the Star Sports 1 Bangla in this pack.
