Tata Indicom (Maharashtra) Rated Congestion Free Network

Tata Indicom the CDMA Mobile and Fixed Wireless services of Tata Teleservices Maharastra Limited (TTML) has been rated as the only Congestion Free network operator in Mumbai and Maharashtra telecom circles,for the sixth time in a row, in the most recent survey commissioned by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) in its quarterly QoS report.

In the Quality of Service (QoS) report for the third quarter of the financial year 2009-10 by TRAI, Tata Indicom has been rated as having only congestion free network up to its own Point of Interconnect (POI) in Mahrashtra and Mumbai.TTML has been rated as the best network provider in its geographies consecutively for six  QoS report by telecom regulator.




Commenting on this achievement, Mr Haridev Khosla, President, Network, Tata Teleservices (Maharashtra) Limited said, “We are extremely happy that our network has yet again been rated as the only congestion-free network, six times on the trot! In spite of the increase in our subscriber base, careful monitoring of our systems and immediate augmentation for high traffic cell sites have held our network in good stead."
