Apple was the first to introduce a 64-bit mobile processor which was used in the Apple iPhone 5S. Then, Nvidia and Samsung introduced their next generation high-end 64-bit processors which are already being used in commercially available devices such as the Xiaomi MiPad 7.9 and the Samsung Galaxy Note 4.
