Bharti Airtel Adds 3.67 Million New Users in October, Beats Jio Comfortably: Trai Data

Jio and BSNL Gain Subscribers in March as Vodafone and Airtel Lose

Reliance Jio and Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited (BSNL) gained subscribers while Bharti Airtel and Vodafone Idea lost its users in March, a report released by the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) reveals. India Continues to Register Decline in Fixed Broadband Subscription

India continues to register a decline in the fixed broadband subscription as the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) data reveals that India now has 19.07 million subscribers as of February. Idea Cellular and Vodafone India Added 3.1 Million and 2.7 Million Subscribers in November 2017: Trai

The Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (Trai) today released monthly subscriber data for the month of November 2017. As per the data, the number of telephone subscribers in India declined from 1,201.72 million at the end of October 2017 to 1,185.88 million at the end of November 2017, thereby showing a monthly decline rate of 1.32%. TRAI telecom subscriber data for May 2015, landline connections continue to decline

TRAI has released telecom subscriber data for the month of May 2015. The total telecom subscriber base was at 1002.05 million and overall tele-density was at 79.67% at the end of May 2015. In the month, total of 2.34 million new subscribers were added generating a monthly growth rate of 0.23%.
