TRAI makes it mandatory for the Telecos to send hardcopy of postpaid bills to the consumers without any extra charges

TRAI has issued a notice to all the telecom operators saying that it is made mandatory for them to print the postpaid bills and send it to their registered address. The circular also mentions that the Telecos are not supposed to charge extra for the billing services.
