TRAI Imposed Fines on 8 Mobile Operators over Poor Quality of Services, Aircel & Reliance Tops the Chart

India's telecom regulator TRAI has recently imposed fine on  GSM and CDMA mobile service providers who were not meeting the benchmarks for Quality of Service  as per regulations Aircel and Reliance (Rcom and RTL) tops the chart.
