Reliance Communications (RCom) has received a nod from its shareholders for a merger with Aircel. RCom-Aircel wireless merger deal likely to conclude by next week: Report

CNBC-TV18 on Thursday reported that RCom is likely to conclude the merger deal next week with the founders of Aircel, for combining the wireless businesses of both the telecom companies. RCom-Aircel merger talks get 30 days extension

Anil Ambani-owned Reliance Communications, in an official statement, said that it is further extending merger talks with Aircel promoters by further 30 days to June 22 following substantial progress in their discussions.
