MTS India Finds CDMA Spectrum Reserve Price Disappointing

India’s only pure-play CDMA operator Sistema Shyam Teleservices (SSTL) which operates under MTS India brand name said that reserve price for CDMA spectrum (800 Mhz) as approved by the cabinet is excessively high and would be a disappointment for the CDMA operator. GOODBYE TO RAINBOW WELCOME MTS

Rajasthan's own mobile service brand Rainbow announced that it has been re branded to MTS Mobile. MTS India also launches its offer of one million free minutes for lifetime on call within MTS network. MTS might have generated enough interest already with this schemes in TamilNadu and Kerala these minutes are capped at 150 minutes per day. MTS EXPANDS MOBILE SERVICE IN 4 NEW DISTRICTS OF KERALA

MTS India announced that it has expanded its mobile services to four new districts – Mallappuram, Kannur, Kasargod and Kottayam in the state of Kerala.
